Blue Cheese Crusted Asparagus
I am about to blow your mind with this super simple and uber fast asparagus recipe. Blue cheese and garlic baked onto tender asparagus is so incredibly simple to whip up yet tastes like you spent hours preparing.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wash asparagus and trim off the bottom inch of each asparagus stalk
  3. Arrange in a single layer on a lined cookie sheet
  4. Sprinkle salt and crushed red pepper over asparagus
  5. Top with minced garlic
  6. Drizzle melted butter over asparagus, toss everything to make sure all the asparagus has butter and salt
  7. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over asparagus
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or just until the blue cheese starts to brown
  9. Serve immediately
